Sammie Bynog

Sammie started in property management in 2010 and received her real estate license in 2016. She is capable and knowledgeable in her field and specializes in Portfolio Management with investor owners who have multiple door portfolios. Whether large or small, she is always ready to help any owner see their vision for potential growth and management stability. Her priority is clear communication and transparency, so owners always know how their properties are being overseen. She covers new client appointments and new owner onboarding, move out inspections, move out reports and tenant close out dispositions. She is currently beginning to learn the commercial aspect of property management and looks forward to this new opportunity and knowledge.

She is experienced in team building, managing, and most importantly encouraging those around her to always see the good in every situation. She has lived in the N. Shreveport/Blanchard area most of her life and graduated from Northwood High School. 

She and her husband, Randy, have been married for 18 years. Together they have 5 children, 5 grandchildren and 1 little fur baby, a miniature Schnauzer, named Lakota Faye. She and Randy enjoy camping, hunting, fishing, and spending time with their families and especially the grandchildren, who lovingly call them Honey and Cowboy.
